The following reflections were shared anonymously by participants following last year鈥檚 New Academic Welcome.
I appreciated the leadership attending the event, including the President, Vice Presidents, and Deans. I had not experienced that level of engagement at other institutions, and it made University leadership feel more approachable. The sessions were helpful and well organised, with staff readily available to support participants.
