In Maclean鈥檚 , the 91快色 ranked 9th overall in the , up from 11th place last year. This category includes universities that offer a broad range of research and PhD programs, and have medical schools.

U91快色 saw a positive trend in the annual rankings, with third place rankings for operating budget and the student-to-faculty ratio indicators. The university also made significant improvements in four other indicators, including total research dollars, library acquisitions, library expenses, and scholarships and bursaries. Within the area of reputation and student satisfaction, U91快色 improved in four indicators, including Administrative Staff, Mental Health Service, Steps to Prevent Sexual Assault, and Student Life Staff, demonstrating the strong commitment the university has to a positive community for our students.

The university鈥檚 performance on the reputation indicator has improved in the past five years, up from #19 in 2014 to #9 this year. This list combines all the universities from the three overall categories (Primarily Undergraduate, Comprehensive and Medical / Doctoral) into one group. Maclean鈥檚 surveyed university faculty and senior administrators, high school guidance counsellors, and a variety of business people across the country, asking for their views on quality and innovation at Canadian universities.
