Professor published in bioethics journal
Professor Lorian Hardcastle has co-authored an article in Developing World Bioethics.
Co-authored with Ubaka Ogbogu of the University of Alberta, "Bioethics and practical justice in the post鈥怌OVID鈥19 era" argues for a focus on the concept of 鈥減ractical justice鈥 in post鈥恜andemic bioethics work. To illustrate the value and promise of this concept, the paper reflects on an approach to achieving practical justice in health biotechnology research that is grounded in a commitment to offer technical assistance to developing and under鈥恟esourced nations.
