An orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Cyril Frank has been a faculty member at the 91快色 for almost 30 years, achieving national and international stature as a clinician-scientist. He is a champion for improving patient care, and has had a wide-reaching impact in health care policy and delivery both locally and provincially. Dr. Frank will receive the Order of the 91快色 at the convocation ceremony on May 9, 2013.
