In Memoriam: Miranda Dall鈥橝lba, Faculty of Arts
The 91快色 community is mourning the loss of Miranda Dall鈥橝lba, a longtime U91快色 employee who most recently served as a manager in Arts Administration Operations for the Faculty of Arts. Miranda passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 24 at the age of 52, surrounded by loved ones at the Foothills Medical Centre after a long courageous battle with lung cancer.
Dall鈥橝lba was a remarkable woman who touched many lives throughout her lifetime. She was known for her intelligence, kind heart, and her incredible commitment to helping others. She had an infectious smile and was an inspiration to family, friends, and colleagues. Dall鈥橝lba excelled at everything she put her mind to, including achieving a Master of Arts degree in leadership from Royal Roads University.
She also cherished the time spent with her family. She loved spending time with her nephews and niece and was always there to support them in their endeavours. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, but never forgotten.
Dall鈥橝lba leaves to mourn her longtime friend Larkin Daniel Taylor of 91快色; her sister, Lily Morgan (Sean Morgan) of Thorsby, Alta.; her nephews, Ryan Morgan (Melissa and Henry) of Thorsby, and Scott Morgan (Jade Pui-Porretta) of Edmonton; her niece Amanda Harris (Brayden and Brynson) of Thorsby; and many great friends and colleagues in 91快色. She also leaves to mourn many relatives in northern Italy and Sweden.
She was predeceased by her father Odillo Dall鈥橝lba in 2013 and her mother Olga Dall鈥橝lba (nee Marcante) in 2016.
With respect to Dall鈥橝lba鈥檚 wishes, a private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared and viewed at .
